This volume is devoted to the David and Jemima Jeselsohn's (Zurich) collection with some 750 gold, silver and bronze coins as well as lead seals issued by Islamic dynasties and Crusaders in Palestianian mints within the Jund Filastin - Filastin, Tabariya, Akka, Asqalan, al-Ramla, Adharat, Qaysariya, Saffuriya, Baniyas, Jerash, al-Quds, Ghazza, Nablus, Yubna etc., in the 7th - 13th centuries CE. The book includes a thorough numismatic and historical discussion on the collection which was divided into seven chapters: Umayyads, Abbasids, Tulunids, Ikhshidids, Carmathians, Fatimids, Crusaders. All coins illustrated.
